This is a 1971 Eisenhower Dollar with no mint mark (Philadelphia), showing strong and well-defined signs of doubling on the reverse:

Clear doubling on the letters "STATES OF AMERICA"

Doubling on several stars

Visible doubling on the eagle’s feathers (especially right wing)

Minor doubling on "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and rim lettering
This coin does not match any of the known DDR listings, such as FS-801 (which applies to the 1971-D only), suggesting it could be an unlisted variety or a minor Doubled Die not yet cataloged. The doubling appears to be raised and rounded (not flat shelf-like), which supports it being true die doubling, not machine doubling.
