Works great and in the same condition as when we first got it under a year ago. We ended up going back to our Nest thermostat since most of our other smart home things are Google.
Comes with a wall plate and individual temperature sensor that you can place in a room (we liked this a lot so we could see the temp in our kids room).
Unfortunately didn't take a picture of it while it was on before I uninstalled it. You will also need to do a factory reset in the settings most likely once you get it wired and on the wall.
Ecobee does a good job explaining install in their app, but I can help too if you need instructions/help.
