NWT - But missing a snap. Army issue Cold Weather Parka in Universal Camo Pattern. Gortex seams throughout. Zippered armpits for ventilation. Built in Hood that rolls up and tucks into collar. Reinforced elbows for that prone position. This is new but there is a snap missing (see last pic). Appears to be a manufacturers oops and not damage. Does not affect wear. See pics for the measurements. Size is Medium/Regular. (This M/R runs large so you can layer under it.
