Berlin Diary - The Journal of a Foreign Correspondent 1934-1941 William L. Shirer. Hardcover book. No dust cover - if it had one. Published by Alfred A. Knopf, New York 1941. Copyright 1940, 1941 by William L. Shirer and page also says Published June 20, 1941. This book is an oldie. Pages are yellowing inside of the books. The front and back covers show wear and tear and lightning especially on the corners, spine and all edges. When you open the book the first pages says, 'To Johnny From Edie Christmas 1941' this is written in pen. While flipping through I noticed some creases on pages a few small rips and tears (nothing to major). Pages look to be raw pages on the end(they have texture to them). The spine inside is slowing coming apart and becoming visible. Book is still in good/used and loved shape! Just has some love and unique character.
