I'm calling these fair condition to be safe but they are very wearable and there are no flaws that are glaring or affect functionality of these lovely trousers. There is wear at the cuff seams on the back of the pants. A fresh hem would resolve but it's not noticeable at all when worn. There's wear on the paint of the back buttons. The zipper and interior clasp are in good condition. Minimal friction wear on interior seat of pants. They are super soft with an attractive subtle sheen to them. Jet midnight black in color with zero fade. They don't feel like they are a wool (97% blend) as they are almost silky to the touch. Burberry plaid on interior and every button emblazoned with logo.
