This is a vintage Captain Action figure Ming the Merciless. Made by Playing Mantis in 1998. This is from the Captain Action Villain Series. Ming comes with action figure Ming, dragon death staff, all seeing globe of Mongo, imperial saber ,royal cape and boots. It is new factory sealed. Box has some shelf wear. See pictures.
