Never worn so immaculate. Bright T-shirt with metal clasps on the straps and sequin design that changes as you rub the sequins in another direction. Super cute for young girls or tiny teens. 11-12 years but I feel it is for petite 11-12 year olds. It was a bit tight on my 10 year old.
