Designed for quick set-up, the 3K Utility Puller’s articulating receiver adapter can be positioned 180 degrees vertically or horizontally at the precise angle needed to get the job done. And the four speed dual capstan pulls 18? & 50? (per min.) on low speed and 40? & 108? on high speed. With this hardworking puller you can transfer heavy pulling loads to the ground within inches of the conduit you?re pulling through. For overhead pulls, line guide rollers keep the rope centered on the capstan.
