Men SEIKO 5 vintage 1981 Mechanical Set & Autowind Stainless Steel 36mm Case 17j

This Seiko from 1981, looks like one just purchased from Seiko's website, with the exception that it is a more durable model, the 6309, which has no plastic and is eternally serviceable. The case, in perfect condition, is stainless steel and measures 36mm in diameter, a full sized case in 1981. The dial is a radiant optic Blue, which Seiko has become famous for. It also features a Day/Date function that has a rapid change ability. The movement, a 6309, is a 17 jewel Autowind unit, with a shock protected jewel set. Being all alloy construction, it is completely serviceable and has had a recent service and keeps good time for a timepiece of that era. The straps are a padded black leather and allows for up to a 8" wrist. This 1981 Seiko looks new in every respect, so it is both collectible and can be used as a daily wearer.
