Motherboard for parts or repair , the motherboard gets power but doesn’t post/power on the mobo leds clear light up which means it’s getting power
Cpu works just fine last time I used it had no issues prior either before the pc stopped powering
So you know it could be a simple fix like changing psu or maybe ram ? Highly doubt its ram but throwing some trouble shoot options
By buying this your agreeing to purchasing the item for what it is no one full well what your receiving.
Lastly the board shall be cleaned off before receive it , obviously will be coming with a cpu fan .
