1973 car is on 1998 card with incorrect issue date for that car I purchased these in Black Mountain North Carolina at an estate sale the 2 Brothers over the estate sale, and I was told by both of these individuals. These cars belong to their father and their father was a helicopter pilot for Richard Petty and every time Hot Wheels made a new car for Kyle or Richard, he would take it with him and have Richard or Kyle sign it I don't have any Providence but that's how the story goes. For what it's worth I believe them and that the story was true.
