This is a very cool and unique piece! It is called Ocarina (whistle) and it’s made from pottery. This is a RARE one. I have never seen a face in the clouds one before. It is signed by the artist. It does work. There is a chip on the bottom but it does not effect it’s use if you choose to use it. It’s definitely a statement piece.
