All of his/her/their face is hot glued on, ears are attached but can easily be unattached easily if careful. The eva foam in the head is to make it easy and comfortable to wear the head but that can also be easily taken out. The eyes were made with eva foam and mesh and were painted black on the back to make it easier to see out of. The vision with the eyes is very good. The tail and paws were not made by me and the paws are not lined. It comes with A LOT of fur to finish them up. If wanting to completely restart everything on the face is probably very easy to pop off. A lot of his fur is facing the wrong direction.
