This is a Vintage #16 Matchbox Lesney Rolamatics Badger From 1973 It was never played with, I do spot only a few teensie chips in the paint, probably from storage, otherwise, It has nice and shiny paint, nice and clear windows, nice spinner top moves around and around nicely when you move the wheels, nice base, even the wheels look like they never even hit the ground, See Pictures,
