This is BEAUTIFUL! And so unique! To think about the time it took to create this?
It is lovely and well rendered circa late 1950s Asian silk embroidery, featuring two cranes. One perched on a tree branch and the other flying down to meet him. The cloth is sandwiched between two pieces of glass within an approx. 2.5" diameter gold metal frame. The round frame suspends from gold tone stand with a Cloisonne enamel Dragon on the arm. The frame spins freely to showcase the embroidery in the light, and from both sides! Awesome from every angle!
This piece is in great preowned vintage condition. No notable signs of wear or damage, other than some surface scrapes/scratches on the base. Please see photos.
