This is an adorable vintage 1999 Mermaid figure called Emerald Sea. # 0991A. It is part of the Rainbow Reef series by Hamilton Collections.
The mermaid is sitting on an ocean wave looking at a cute anthropomorphic lobster inside a water globe. The lobster is on top of an "emerald" with other little fake gemstones and pearls on top of a treasure chest. Very cute, Ocean bottom surrounded with pink and blue coral. Measures 5-1/2"H x 4-3/4"W. Great condition from my Mermaid collection free of any chips, cracks or repairs.
