This is a high VG+ album, and was given an ultrasonic cleaning at my local record store.
Contains parodies of Modanna, Huey Lewis, The Kinks, Cindi Lauper, & several originals, including the theme to the Michael Keaton movie, Johnny Dangerously (This is the Life)
Also has the expected accordion polka medley.
Interesting hand etched writing in the end runout on Side 1 says “More Songs about Television and Food” (see pic 10)
